Broken animations: Something's weird in Spellscar

https://youtu.be/6b9f--lwBLkQuick and dirty upload, there's something majorly wrong with the Spellscar area animations in Craglorn. Lighting and other effects are failing to terminate, shaking beams moving from object to object, there's strange things in the sky.... I've even seen floating blue lightning cycling through.
All very weird.

Erasure✭✭✭Reloading UI does nothing to clear the behavior. Oh, and idling with that stuff on screen while posting this up to YT/ the forums caused my client to crash to desktop.Edited by Erasure on May 23, 2017 9:34PM0
