Maybe it is time to take stealth out of the closet?

i mean it make absolutely no sense to link stealth ability with medium armor... can we please have it move to legerdemain and replace the void something else for medium armor??

i mean everyone can stealth, especially those who are not wearing armor at all.. it doesn't make any sense to restrict medium armor stamina build to do stealth well.

p.s. in all other elder scroll games we need to take off our shoe and sometime wearing nothing but simple cloth for the best effect... comeon zos.. please give us the freedom of building a light/heavy armor stealth master!

Heavy armor is a no go for stealth, and imho should give a stealth penalty (games as old as D&D do this).

As for light armor, yeah can see it being as good as medium.

    agree, maybe something like..

Reduces the cost of sneaking by 7% per piece of Medium/light Armor equipped.
Also reduces the size of your detection area by 5% per piece of Medium/light Armor equipped.

Reduces the cost of sneaking by 3.5% per piece of heavy Armor equipped.
Also reduces the size of your detection area by 2.5% per piece of heavy Armor equipped.

so it is still doable in heavy, just not as good.

Tie Stealth to the Well-Fitted Trait.

I'd be okay with heavy getting some benefit so long as light/medium get higher benefits.

    Also not a bad suggestion.

In my opinion Well-Fitted should touch a hell of a lot more movement oriented abilities than it currently does. It'd just make it wordy as hell.
