I assumed that The new No CP haderus would be the spot where all the folks who liked NO CP pvp would hang out. I think I was wrong. Also the new no CP Azura was sort of empty to.

✭✭✭✭✭Since the campaigns were just recreated and many are checking out Morrowind and BGs I don think there is a good answer to be had on the second day.
It also depends on time of day you play and what server your on though I'm assuming your PC NA.1 -
