Quiet Zone(s) for Large Guild Gatherings?

Tonight, I am leading a "Making Gold in ESO" seminar for my guild. I expect 40 to 50 people to turnout.

What are some quiet zones/towns/areas that have little to no distractions?

I want to keep everyone's attention as best as possible. Some people have poor attention spans and nearby dolmens or world bosses could distract from the message.

I recommend a starter island. Khenarthi's Roost is a little busy, but Bleakrock Isle, Stros M'Kai, and Betnikh all have quiet, fairly empty spaces without so much as a wolf to bother you. The edges of Betnikh in particular would be perfect for this kind of thing -- picturesque and calm.

Coldharbour is probably your best bet, somewhere in the southern half.
