I work as a Sr Designer at WB and every month we have a meeting where one person from each department talks about their department, how it works, what they do and why they are an asset to the company and why we wouldn't survive without them.
I'd love for Zenimax to do this on ESO Live.
Would be nice to know how music is being created, what their inspirations are, and how it works. Same with costume design, what is the process? How many approval processes does it have to go through for each costume etc. For creative department do you hire outside designers or do you have in house designers? Do you have a CRM Marketing team pulling heatmaps and numbers on what sells in Crown Store? Maybe share some insights there? Anything really!
I think this would be great to share and host something like this once a month. It would also give players some understanding what each department does and how much work it takes to go from an idea to final product.
