Has anyone found the daily quest givers Numani-Rasi or Huntmaster Sorim-Nakar in Vvardenfell? UESP says they can be found in Ald'ruhn after completing the Ancestral Ties quest; but they are nowhere to be found for my EP faction character after completing that quest and turning the Ald'ruhn icon to white.
Does anyone know where to find these quest givers? Are there other pre-requisites, perhaps? Or are they bugged?

After completing the quest in Ald'ruhn, head north to the Urshilaku camp. An NPC there sends you back to Ald'ruhn to help the clans.Alandrol Sul: He's making another Numidium?!?
