Are the blueprints even available in game at this time? All the drops I'm getting are the old blueprints.

    They are in there but they are only found in Vvardenfell (delves, tombs, containters, NPCs)

    I found a green recipe for a Redoran amphora. Don't have the right skills, so I couldn't craft it yet. Need to rank up alchemy for that, if I remember right.
