So far yes, I am having trouble with sustain, but I don't exactly have BIS gear, just what I can get from zones like Spriggan's and specific crafted like Seducer's. But short answer, yes, I'm noticing I'm running out of resources more.
it was alchemy contracts alway asking for nirnroots, they want 3's of those, hunting for nirnroots are time consuming when nearly almost everyone gather them. dont know if they are bots or guild farmers.
Some simple stuff people could consider if they prefer less heavy attacking are enchant loadouts. Not just jewellery recovery but also resource siphon enchants for weapons that you can use to trade a bit of damage potential for resource return on light attacks.
I knew my stamblade was going to have trouble, though I didn't know just how much trouble. I had to respec everything. Glad I did before they raised the prices since my guild didn't get a trader this week. However, I hate how her sustain is in the toilet. I always need help it seems or really super awesome food. I could go without food or drink before and I loved it. Now I can't.
Feel free to add me. I'm part of Savage Blade PC/Mac NA server. Master crafter and working on getting 9 traits on everything
No. I had excess magicka to begin with, so the nerf didn't affect me quite as much as it might have. I play a magicka dragonknight. I'm in heavy armor, too, LOL, so it makes me laugh when people say you *have* to have light armor in order to have enough magicka. Basically, I did my build so that my girl would get her magicka from things other than her armor weight.
Although, I did it at a cost of some DPS, potentially, so it's a tradeoff.
I had a CRITICAL sustain issue with VITAL resources nearly depleted but then the waitress asked if I wanted another draft!

The pessimist, half empty.
I just see it as refillable.
I dont remember ordering any of this.
Raising floors and lower ceilings by zos standards has created an iron maiden.
No matter how well you played, when the game is over, the king and pawn go back in the same box.
Be careful what you ask for from zo$, you always get punished.
Call me toxic, your the one being slowly poisoned by greed.
Yes. I still dislike the changes in this patch. The CP I can deal with, all other changes just makes the game not fun for me anymore. I'm kinda happy I didn't pre-order Morrowind. I am someone who enjoys pugging. And what this patch did to me, is kill the fun out of pugging. tried vBC II I mean we completed it, but my resources were gone in an instant. And I was using that drink that gave you +max health +max mag and +mag recovery, and still running out of resources.
Sure it's no problem if you have a group you run with who knows what you are doing, but for someone like myself who enjoys pugging, it's just pointless now. Most healers and tanks in pug groups don't run support skills, and I didn't mind that before because well, I can manage my resources. But now, It's like as a DPS, you have to support yourself? Because your healer won't run eledrain, or your tank won't line up all mobs and not have the boss run around.
What is sad, is that the people who liked the changes are the ones who I feel will look for a pick up group for pledges or for trials. Well, the patch before this was the best patch for you.

I have BiS and switch to magicka recovery glyphs on two rings but witchmother brew and still have sustain issues at 1.8 magicka regen i cannot get enough magicka and heavy attacks on their own are not sufficient to maintain your resource. The only way to to buy magicka drain poisons which are expensive.
Mostly, no. When I have, it's been my own fault. Not paying attention, food/drink ran out, my son deciding he wants to "play" with me, etc. Stamblade PvP and PvE.
