How are you doing with your builds after Morrowind? Are you running out of resources? Have you adjusted anything already?

Please be honest for yes or no.

Thank you.

Only played a bit solo so far, no Stamina issues (dps; but neither had I pre-update). WIll try to get a dungeon group for playing tank later.

Nope. Not in casual PvE, not in Battlegrounds. that's about all I've done so far. I did adjust my build a bit to accommodate more sustain, but not dramatically so.

    Not in overland PvE.

Some DPS tests yes, but that's because I haven't updated any builds/gear yet. CBA until I have done the casual overworld stuff and relaxed (also I want War Maiden).

Nope, Mag NB main, Non-trial player and rarely pvp but I solo normal group dungeons and WB's fine both pre and post patch.
I expect other builds will have more adjusting to do than me though.

I didn't used siphon attacks in the past and still won't, I see it as a junk spell and don't need it.
I lost a few hundred regen in the patch but still comfortably sit at 1500 unbuffed. I find the buff to Heavy attacks to have more than compensated for the regen and cost reduction nerfs. I weave in a Heavy about once every 15 seconds and I only hurt for magicka if I get interrupted during heavy multiple times, forcing me to drop a potion (I don't keep them up on cool-down, only when needed)

I've tried nMoL yesterday with my healer and was completely out of resources. Looks like I should only heal. Bubbles, shards, radiant aura... forget. I have no mana for such nonsense.

Yes I'm a tank and had a bow to solo stuff could pull packs in Craglorn group area's and kill them with arrow spray, cant now after Morrowind release. And yes i know bow sucks but wacking mobs with sword and shield is zzzzzz, I wont die but its damn slow.

But I changed my stuff around a bit and now use a 2H with some AOE DK spells sofar its a good replacement.

no in overland... everything dies so fast
no in trials... dual wield in vHoF yesterday.. no problems...

solo dungeoneering could be something else, but didn't have time to do that yet

War maiden isn't going to be a savior for resources, nor is it going to improve dps ...
    you play templar, no?

Feel it in BG's. But so far, focusing more on getting in Heavy Attacks, has been enough to counter it somewhat. Don't think i will even have to change gear. Just adjust playstyle.

For what it's worth, from the viewpoint of a brand new character, i have no sustain issues in the early game so far. I'm trying to have some fun playing as if the character was on a brand new account, so no CP used, no support from alts (if possible), etc.

Yes, in trials and dungeons I run out of resources really fast. But I still have my old setup/rotation and need to test/adjust many things first.

Honestly, so far I'm liking the changes. I haven't noticed any major difference in resources, but I have noticed that I'm doing more damage (as a tank). Not a lot more, but enough to be noticed.

All i have done is duel and no cp battle grounds. Of course would run out of resources with my previous build. I prepared multiple builds to test out prior to morrowind release. currently i am trying out running Amberplasm + lich + 2 max magika monster set peices. I think in no CP in Battlegrounds, doesnt seem worth running mage light/bound agies since increase is by a percentage and the loss of magika without cp puts the bonus too low.

Julianos + lich was great to run with, tried that first.

Although I am running low on stamina at times due to the increase in stuns and snares in the new zone.

With my old playstyle I can still cloak unlimited. On non-cp campaign I stil have around 2k regeneration (and 3k spell damage).

As an brand new you should have, I tend to run out in delves with random gear even before the patch.
With crafted set it looks much better.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Not really. Neither when doing casual pve nor when soloing normal group dungeons. I burn up magicka a lot quicker than before but since I always used heavy attacks I regenerate enough to keep me going. Gear is still the same (Julianos, Torugs, Kena), but I did change my CP a bit. I put like 30 points into Tenacity to get more resources back when doing heavy attacks. But that's it.

PvP magblade, playing with CP in Vivec. Changed Dampen Magic to Harness Magicka. Changed one jewelry enchant to cost reduction. Using Leeching Strikes (the stamina morph) for now. Magicka sustain OK for shorter fights, but tight in longer ones.

As a squishy light armor build, I rely on cloak. My first impression is that cloak is more reliable and the reduced gap closer snare also helps my build. Heavy attacks aren't terribly viable for me, since they leave me exposed and I am not optimised as a heavy attack (Stygian / Elegance) build. I have to intersperse heavy attacks with cloak or shield, making it hard to realize any magicka gains, once I am low. They have to connect with the target (flame staff). The end result is that I sometimes cloak away and hide while recovering my magicka. I don't fancy no CP.

No issue here, but then again i used my time on the PTS to tweak my build. Weaving in heavy and light attacks to fill in the spots where most simply spam skills and think they are good.

My nord stamplar never felt it against overland trash. Went to solo a new WB before some people showed up, definitely felt it there. Bg's didn't seem too bad. I assume I'll really start feeling it in vet dungeons. I'm a stamplar so I can't enter trials to check regen there.

I did vMA yesterday with my magicka sorc and had huge sustain problems. I think to place mag Regen on my jewelry as solution. Maybe less spell damage... What is your opinion?

My PC account only has 200 cp but it's pretty clear from my 5-6 hours of playtime that all you really need to do is Heavy Attack more. It doesn't add anything dynamic or fun in my opinion and there's barely a difficulty increase. It's more of an annoying inconvience than anything.

Oh and it probably ruined my Blazplar build—so that's fun.

On trash fights, no. On boss fights, yes. I regain resources with heavy attacks and I've changed around some glyphs, but the DPS drop on long fights is noticable. It doesn't mean I cant do them, it just takes longer. I have to see how it plays out on timed DPS races. The tank has to be played more carefully, and the healer cant spam as much healing while still maintaining ok DPS levels.

So far on my new character fighting overland trash I've had no problems. For some reason I kind of like weaving in more heavy and light attacks as a melee fighter. I feel a bit more engaged instead of just spamming away..now if I only had some reactionary abilities for parry and block the fighting would feel a bit more tactical (Oh I miss some of my DAOC skills).

I did it all the time for damage alone and to not just dump all my resources at once? :O

Yes! But then again in DAoC you'd just use the reactionary skill as a backup (since the window was rather small), i.e. you'd hit "parry-conditional, non-conditional" all the time. Not that muuch "tactics" either. :)

As a Magicka Templar in BGs, I can say that I have difficulties sustaining, but only because cost poisons are cancer.

Oh... And I'm running Seducer and Witchmothers brew (8% cost reduction with 1,650 regen).

I changed one jewelry glyph to reduce cost and barely noticed a difference beyond that. I do have ~300 less weapon damage but I feel like I still kill people the same, faster in a few cases (obviously those who have not adjusted.)
I am a Dunmer Templar; I have not tried the magicka side of things yet.
