BG Inactivity Timer Too Short

I was in a capture the flag BG and the other teams were fighting and leaving our team alone so we were running back and forth grabbing the other flags. I never picked up the flag in particular or got attacked by anyone and ended up being booted from the BG for inactivity, even though I was participating and active. I saw the warning come up that I would be kicked so I tried to at least go find someone to attack but it was too late.
I lost out on a win, the loot, and then had to wait for the "deserter" timer to run out before I could queue again. That is a poorly planned timer. I heard other people saying the same thing happened to them so please lengthen the timer, or figure out a better way to tell if people are actually inactive!
