I preordered The Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind Collector's Edition Upgrade - Windows [Digital Download] from Bestbuy on 5/12 and have not recieved early access yet. Contacted Bestbuy and they say the release code has not been sent to them. When are you going to send them the release code?

From what I have seen that is only for the physical copy but I am happy to try that now as the it clearly shows the information on Best Buy's website, even with the same email address I use for the game.0 -

I got an email from eso today saying "Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online team.If you purchased the ESO: Morrowind Digital Upgrade or Digital Collector's Upgrade from Steam, you will automatically have access to ESO: Morrowind on May 22nd.Other retailers have been authorized to release keys for access on May 22nd. Please contact the store where you made your purchase for additional information.
