    Constitution resource generation nerfed.
    Heavy armor now gains less magicka and stamina when you take damage...

    I know what it is. It is right there in the patch notes that will be released after they patch it.

    Then he would have no idea.

    As a beta tester nothing outside of the PTS notes was on the last build, so unless he has direct insider information from ZOS (which wouldn't be very professional) then he was talking about the current publicly known changes.

    Also the guy was very confident , he told sypher "wait till tomorrow i cant tell you now "

    Zos mentioned on ESO live that the current PTS status is not the status that will go live. They told they would test some things further (sorc pets for example) and therefore the live version might be different and more advanced to the current PTS patch status.

    I doubt that Sypher announced something new besides the already known nerfs to heavy armor, otherwise Zos should think about firing someone who can't shut up.

    We will see when the live patch notes will be published, whether there are any more nerfs and which ones.

    Is that unorthodox ? quite a bit, yes. Seems as if the PC-master race users will be beta testers during the early release phase.

    If this is true and I´ve to guess I think the nerf will hit rapid regen passive....

    Or ZOS will just go full nerftrain and do something radical that no one could foresee :D

    This very much so. Stop being a sheep and blindly listening to everything streamers say. They aren't always right. It's not like they would never benefit from misinforming their competition.

    heavy templars will still be OP

    Rapid Mending: With 5 or more pieces of Heavy Armor equipped:
    Increases healing received by 8% and increases the Magicka or Stamina your Heavy Attacks restore by 25%.

    Cycle of Life: WITH RESTORATION STAFF EQUIPPED:
    Restores an additional 30% Magicka when you complete a heavy attack.

    Plus Tenacity 15% (i think)

    Plus the buff to resources gained from heavy attacks

    I wish we had no metas, every change there is always a new fotm sure wish some one could make a game that had neither, guess I am just a dreamer. If the changes stopped us from having tank builds doing massive dps and infinite resources I am all for it, a tank should be able to absorb damage with minimal dps not do both, just as dps should not be able to absorb massive damage, the devs in this game I will never understand so much of these problems could be curved with putting back soft and hard caps.

    I played mmo's for a long time part of the game play is always adapting to major changes or when a change comes you can't stomach on to the next game.

    "Infinite sustain" is a god damn myth, both in PvE and PvP. And those who can sustain for long periods of time in PvP rarely kill anyone at all.

    I haven't said anything, I never do.

    There will be a great change to the game in general! Zos has been doing a great job with the updates and I am highly impressed with everything so far! But will I tell what is coming...

    I can tell you for sure that it is nothing to do with heavy Armour as people keep saying 'I said something about this'... But apart from that?

    Your guesses are welcome, but it is a secret until patch notes hit live! :P

    Do you really believe that or you are saying it only because apparently "being positive" is a new fashion trend? Not just in here, but even in real world apparently everyone has to be positive and being even a little realistic is frowned upon.

    Probably would have been good to ask Sypher during the stream. Most of us only know what Zos has already revealed in PTS Patch notes for which we know sustain was hit hard and being able to get the sustain from CP while wearing heavy armor is crushed.

    Beyond that we will have to read the patch notes when they are released.

    I actually tested the base return for Ice, Fire, Lightning and Restoration on PTS yesterday.

    Without CP Ice and Fire was only around 78% of what Lightning staff returned. And of course Resto returned the highest with the 30% passive. The amounts were:

    Ice, Fire = 2832
    Lightning = 3632
    Restoration = 4184 (with passive)

    With heavy armour and restoration (with passive) + 10% in tenacity I could get Restoration up to 5614 return.

    Personally, I don't care much for sypher (nothing against him as person). He left game and is back just to put out a couple of videos for his stream then it will be back to other games. Alcast and blob have both been regularly updating and playing and have been actively testing in pts. Especially Alcast, he has been testing armor sets, gear sets and rotations and has a good grasp. With sypher, he is really just hearing from other people that have been playing in Beta, might as well ask around anyone in game whos been on beta for a better perspective.

    Personally I suspect the buff to resources gained from heavy attacks will leave heavy armor quite viable in PvP possibly, but I could be wrong.
