Stamina Templar - Radiant Aura

I am currently leveling a Magicka Templar and he is pretty fun.

At level 15, I plan to convert him into Stamina Templar.

I am aware Stamina Templars are lil weak when compared to Magicka Templar.

But I have been a big fan of Protection Paladin of WOTLK (handled 20+ mobs and still come out with full mana/health) and I would like to simulate something "near similar" in ESO.

TLDR

In ESO skills (http://eso-skills.com/skill/) I saw this ability called "Radiant Aura" and looks like this provides a passive Magicka gain when fighting mobs.

Some abilities though look nice in paper but are not so good in play (...rolls eyes at DK....)

So how is this ability as passive Magicka gain for Stamina Templar

I don't recommend the Aura morph for Stamina Templar; HOWEVER, the Repentance morph will allow you to drain stamina an health from enemies you have killed and just for having it slotted you passively gain magicka AND stamina regen. So this might help you with your build wants, but also helps you keep up your stamina sustain and gives you a nice heal once you kill enemies. (:

Repetence is more handy on a stamplar, even with the upcomming tweak/nerf of repentence.

Just thought some more...so how about this ?

-> All points into Magicka
-> Get Heavy Armor (I can buy sets like TBS that gives Magicka + Stamina)
-> Equip 1HS and swap with Resto staff for HA attack

Since my objective is to have 1H and Shield and I will NOT be using any of the 1HS spells..rather I will be using mainly my class abilities

What do you guys think this setup for a Sword and Board spec ?

You do realise your biting jabs (stam morph) wont heal you like your magicka morph will.

Maybe look at getting a hybrid set like Pelinials (crafted in hews bane I think).
Also some new hybrid sets are coming out in morrowind.

Also repentance morph will be good for a solo player like yourself.

I really think your vision moreso suits a Magicka Templar over a Stamina Templar o:

This is the very definition of Magicka Templar. So, I don't get it, you want to play Magicka Templar or Stamina Templar?

People giving advice to go hybrid so the guy wastes his time on below-subpar character really should be burned.
