Is that only here or is this a global forum standard I didn't know about.
So I have to bash this game to get my stars up?
like COME ON is it only me that sees what is going on?
I understand the frustrations....but really? How many people post negative stuff just to get they stars up? I guess forums peeps wont take you seriously unless you got like 20 stars under your name.
I don't know what do yall think?......
ESO CAN CURE CANCER AND YOU WILL STILL HAVE PEEPS SAYING IT AINT BALANCED...............
Hmm, I am pretty neutral, well lean towards positive, maybe really lean to positive. But I have my share of criticisms about the game. And I post them.
TBH, I think the only reason I get upticks on my criticisms is I usually also post a solution I think would work instead of just dumping on the game in a rant.

For me, if its too ragey I stop taking them seriously.
& I figure they are trying to rack up Troll Points instead of stars!

I get Agrees for posting something simple enough for modern gamers to understand.
I get Insightfuls for when I post something that was by no means enlightening, but people want to be leaving sarcastic "Insightful" votes.

I will leave an insightful if the give a detailed and we'll argued perspective. Using that as a sarcastic button defeats the purpose of having it.

Few people know if they want to pay $70 for a game plus $150 per year plus extras and expansions / chapters before they even try it out. That's like asking someone to go steady before you even go on the first date.
By going Buy to Play plus optional subscription, ESO gets in a steady crop of new players, casual players, or people just saying "heck why not?" If people like the game they either buy the DLCs or subscribe. If they get serious about the game beyond a certain degree, they subscribe.
If ESO relied 100% on a small group of dedicated MMO players for their revenue they'd be in big trouble. Game after game they demand special advantages and gratuitous favoritism that ultimately destroy a game.
Sooooo just make a 1-3 month free trial?WhitePawPrints wrote: »ZoS failed to deliver on numerous promises that came with the subscription. Content patches every three months? Took twice as long. Premium customer services? Ha! The value was no where near what was advertised or expected. That is why ESO lost the vast majority of their subscribers, and in order to keep the game going they'd have to go F2P.
Uhhhh the customer service is excellent idk what you're talking about. Unless you're being a *** in every ticket/post before you even get any kind of answer at all. I've always recieved quick help and always straight to the point.
BWAHAHAHAH!! HAHAHAH! Ah ha!!!!

Gave you an Awesome.
Didn't give him(?) an Awesome.
:P
What, pray tell, do those forum points do you anyway?
(And clickbait, ambiguous thread titles seem to be a popular attempted method, OP. GJ on that one!)
