PS4 : Werewolf Pursuit passive not working

As the title says , the Pursuit passive is not working , also the Heavy attacks in WW form are so INACCURATE its almost impossible to hit moving target in PVP ,
Please do something about the Heavy attacks , they are fine in PVE , but PVP they don't hit anything in 90% of the time , making the sustain a nightmare.
