Passive ability: Burning heart (Increases your healing received by 12% while a Draconic Power ability is active)
This passive works fine with Dragon Blood and it's morphs, is active all the duration of secondary effects from DB (major buffs 20 sec), or with Spiked Armor and its morphs.
But when it comes to such skill as Reflective Plate (Reflective Scales morph which gives u minor Ward buff for 20 sec) - it works only 4 seconds (actual reflect duration)
It seems wrong imho. It should work all 20 sec with Dragon Plate, same as it works with DB and SA.
