Not sure if trolling, but the servers usually go down at 4am (EDT) ... so Gina's allowing for six (6) hours of patch time already.

Morrowind consist of two parts, one is the common patch who also include Morrowind gear, pets and other stuff everybody can use or at least see. Second is the actual Morrowind content who is larger.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
