Can't get to character select on PTS

So unless you preordered morrowind you can't access vvandenfel this week. That is okay but I apperently I should still be able to access the PTS. However, when the patch hit all my characters were on vvandenfel. Now I am blocked from character select by a "preorder morrowind" Steam pop up that I can't get past.
