HOW I FIX SOME INSANE LAG SPIKES

So, if you are using w10 you can be one of the few people that get lag spikes. Basically you go to task manager and end "COM SUROGATE" task. A friend told me this. After ending it I stopped getting lag. I believe there is a glitch with ESO and W10 client.
Please test this. I would like to see if this is the problem of lag to other people too.
