PS4: I have been getting an Appilcation UI Error when attempting to Lock/Unlock items using Banker

This error does not always occur, but it seems to sometimes, maybe its related to which items I am locking using the Banker interface?
It causes a loss of control options, with the game only allowing me to Press (X) to "Withdrawal" or exit the application.
It has happened to me at least twice now.
Request sent into Support System.
