Morrowind Proof of Purchase: Anyone know what's required?

So I purchased Morrowind a couple of months ago. I bought the physical copy because I wanted the Dwemer statue for my office (it will give my students something to talk about). I bought it from Amazon. So according to the early access announcement, I can provide proof of purchase and get that early access. Has anyone done this yet and know what's required?

Also, in reviewing what I bought, I realize I get another copy of the base game, which I don't need. Can I gift it to someone, like a family member?

Thanks all for the help.

I believe there's instructions on the ESO home page on providing the proof. Have you read the announcement and followed those instructions to fill out the form?

No part of the purchase is transferable.

I used a scanner and saved a PDF of my Amazon Receipt that I had printed out
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    Yeah they give you instructions.

Basically you need a screenshot with your name on it showing you purchased it. I ordered from Amazon as well. Just snipped the screen showing the product and order number. Penned on my name and they replied saying I'd have access on 5/22.

The base game is included just for those who currently does not have an account and would be starting the game from scratch. If you already have a ESO account, then the Physical Edition is considered an upgrade with the Morrowind content. The base game stuff would not be transferable.

Yes, I did read that page, but I didn't see specifically what they were asking for in terms of proof.

Screenshot your Amazon order page and send it to them. It contains the order number which can be verified and that there is your proof of purchase and is as legally valid as a physical receipt.
