did not receive pledge of mara? ZOS help, please!

Today i bought Imperial edition upgrade for my existing account.
But i did not receive pledge of mara?
There is no ingame email or the scroll are not in inventory.Yes, i did restart game.
ZOS can you please help, beacuse support page is not working?

    I don't think it's a Scroll, the Mara blessing buff thing is applied when you're wearing a Ring, (after marrying someone of course).

    But I have absolutely no idea how it works really.

    Right now i am doing some researching and watching youtube videos and i see that you need to receive some kind off scroll in inventory.Maybe i am wrong.
    I cant login in on support page beacuse they have some kind of bug, simple you cant sign up or login in to contact support in any way.So i must do like this.unfortunately. :/

    You might get a response if you actually carried out the proper process for an issue, posting on the general forums is not the correct proccess, and will get you knowhere. There are three ways to report an issue.

    1. Type /bug in game
    2. Post in the CORRECT part of the forum... hint: go to the front page of the forum and scroll down to Customer Support, and choose the right forum from there.
    3. Look at the top of the page, right there at the top at the end of the menu is a support link, use that.

    None of these processes include posting in the general forum.

    As to the scroll thing, yes, you should get a scroll in the post, this is then used to initiate the rite.

    And this is not TECHNICAL problem, its what i paid for problem, so this is not TECHINCAL PROBLEM!

    YOU CANT CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM THAT SUPPORT PAGE!
    beacuse they have very long time a bug on that SUPPORT PAGE that you cant login on or sign in.
    even if you have account.YOU CANT SIGN IN OR LOGIN IN!
    Authentication Error!
    After 8 times write it my userid and password.

    maybe now we will have attention from ZOS beacuse we starting to yelling and arguing?

Yes there is .... https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/categories/customer-support-general "Find assistance for in-game and account issues", your issue is BOTH in-game (you have not received your item in the mail system yet), and account (soemthing you have paid for has not been given to you yet), so it's the perfect section to post in.
    3. I just logged in to the support page perfectly fine.
