Pets affected by Battle Spirit healing debuff now, or are duels messed up on the PTS again?

Reason I'm asking is because my Clannfear is only healing itself for 5.6k and critting for 9k in duels, compared to a base 9k and critting for about 20k on live. I know during the One Tamriel PTS all pets had all sorts of issues in duels (couldn't test in Homestead cause of Mac issues), but since we don't have access to Cyrodiil this round it begs the question of if this is intended to be the case or if it's just a case of PTS-exclusive errors.

YeeeeeeepFixed an issue where summoned pets were not being affected by the healing reduction of Battle Spirit.
