at the inn of Dagger Fall, a NPC named Alessio Guillon.

to take quest i walk close to him...and he disappeared...when i walk away he comes again...
is he a ghost or other sth or bug..?

    friends tell me that guy is the sart of quest line of morrow wind...i finish the quest line before but...he s unweared but this one in a robe...i m confused.

    When this gentleman arrived in Daggerfall last week he was missing his hair and eyebrows, disappeared when you went near him and was also missing his pants.

    Khajiit recalls from the long and complex patch notes that he was supposed to grown back his hair and been given some clothing yes.

    You are suggesting that this is not so perhaps?

    Speaking of which, who is this guy? He's been showing up at all my inns since about last week. I haven't taken any of his quests because he wants me to go to Wayrest. Only 1 character I have can easily access the city.
