Question about hlaalu purple voucher plans

I know the drop rates for various plans are being evened out with the upcoming patch. However, I also know that the voucher price of the purple plans is going up to 25 vouchers from 10.

If I buy a bunch of purple plan containers before the patch, and wait until after the patch to open them, will those containers have the updated drop rate percentages? The reason I ask is because I heard somewhere that the purple plan containers were being renamed to something different specifically so someone couldn't do what I'm suggesting. Is that true?

EDIT: From the 3.0.0 patch notes:

The Hlaalu Furnisher’s Document is now known as the Hlaalu Master’s Furnisher Document, and is now sold for 25 Writ Vouchers.
A new item known as the Hlaalu Journeyman Furnisher’s Document is now available in exchange for 10 Writ Vouchers, and contains a random blue furnishing recipe.

I guess what I'm asking is if I buy a bunch of "Hlaalu Furnisher's Documents" prepatch, will they be converted to "Hlaalu Master's Furnisher Documents" post patch because they're purple, or will they be converted to "Hlaalu Journeyman Furnisher's Documents" post patch because they were all bought for 10 vouchers?

I would assume not since when you buy them you can see what the plans are before you take them out. I'm just wondering if the drop rates are a lot better and is worth the 25 vouchers. :x

I'm hoping they'll increase the drop rate of Master Writs if they are going to increase the cost of this

I believe that what's in this container is determined at purchase. I could be wrong...but it seems like the envelope is just to spoiler protect the item.

Anyway, I read thenpatch notes to mean that purple furnishing craft plans now cost 25 vouchers, and we can buy crappy blue ones for 10 vouchers. Feels like a rip.

As I understand it, the existing Hlaalu containers will remain in your inventory, with the same loot table. To get the better loot table (less Wood-elf, more Redguard + chance of new Morrowind furnishings) you'll need to buy the new containers.

The best way to know for sure would be to check the item ID on live and PTS. When ZOS changes up the drop tables on things like this, they'll create a new item with a different ID to prevent previously obtained ones from being stored up for the change. I can personally check the IDs easily but sadly both servers are down ATM.
