Streams in Craglorn, textures of water flow too fast

As above, the textures of water flow in streams and rivers are much too fast, pls. check it.
Looks very unnatural and breaks immersion, these are lazy streams in the valleys.
I'm not talking about waterfalls, their flow is correct.
