[Feedback] PTS does not give the right gear to properly test pvp things.

No sharpned weapon.
Crafting is not lvled, cant even craft .
Cannot complete your build, unless your toon has been copied over.
Some of the important overland sets and monster sets are missing.(necropotence, skoria, etc )
Cmon ZOS, if you want more testers in pts, include the things that matter.
