Hircine's Veneer set

Is anybody using this set? It's not as good as the Bone pirate stats-wise, however you can buff stamina regen of 12 group members by 10%. Also the Bone pirate will be nerfed by 50%. Does the Hircine set buff stack with other group member using it?
Currently I am using it on a wood elf nb in combo with Marksman and getting over 4k regen.

Mazbt✭✭✭✭The bone pirate nerf isn't going to be a huge deal. That is less than one purple regen glyph and as far as I know the max stamina bonus stays the same. I'm still gonna run it for pvp and may toy around with it for pve content as well.

✭✭✭In theory, it sounds like a nice group set but it's fairly useless in PvE content. Stamina builds are a pariah in Trials, which is the only place you'll have 12 others to maximize the potential of the set, Tanks can't make much use of it since their regen gets cut off when they block and magic toons don't get much out of if since they have low stamina regen to begin with.
PvP is the only place it would be of any use but only in organized group play as a disorganized group is usually scattered to the 4 winds, negating the entire point of the set.Argonian forever0
