Problem with quest "Guar Gone" - repeatable or not?

Is Guar Gone supposed to be a repeatable quest? Two different indicators in the game specifically state that it is - Short-Tail has the blue quest pointer instead of the black one, and once the quest is accepted, the quest log clearly states that it is Repeatable. The thing is, when you go back on a later day, Short-Tail is no longer there, so the quest can't be repeated. On the other hand, if it is not supposed to be a repeatable quest, then the quest pointer and the quest log entry both need to be fixed to no longer indicate that it's repeatable.

This is actually still an issue as of today. I went to play and I had encounter the same issue as mentioned above. Not really a big deal but can be rather misleading.

yeah...oh well, housing, morrowind, wardens, performance issues, certainly are of more importance but it's just annoying...even if they changed the blue repeatable quest pointer to the regular black/white one, it'd be better...
