DoTs buff and weapon swap question
How do dots and aoe dots change after weapon swap. I mean i cast a dot on a mob with a legendary sharpened staff and i swapped to a second staff which is common level 1 resto staff without sharpened trait. Does it scale with the second staff?
and my second question is should i cast magic damage %20 buff before i apply dots or should i cast it after. does it make a difference? thanks for replies
