Two Simple to Implement Fixes That Would Probably Make People Happy
1. My guild does trials once a week at the same time every week. I only get the quest reward chest about half the time. Can you lower the timer by a few hours or so, so that I don't get gypped if we start / finish the trial 3 minutes earlier than we did the previous week?
2. Remove the fee for redistributing champion points. You need to do this every time you go between PVP and PVE and it can get very expensive and prevent people from using one character for both. Ultimately I'd rather see separate systems for PVP and PVE, but realize that probably isn't as easy to do. At least this would let me do PVP and PVE on my main and keep me from having to level an alt just for PVP.
