Items Missing from Craft Bag

Last night my craft bag contained hundreds of rubedite ingots. This AM, after the update, most of the ingots were no longer in the bag or in inventory. I quit the game to check this forum for similar reports, so I didn't do a thorough check to see what else might be missing.

    Submit a ticket. All you can do really. If you really lost your ingots they will see this and give it back.

    That's if they don't brush it off, some deposit gold in guild bank and it disappeared support sent them here and now no response. Their customer service sucks.
