• PC/Mac: No maintenance – March 16
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 18, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EDT (20:00 UTC)

Has anyone noticed this, in Daggerfall, since the maintenance? Really odd.

    It's for the new quest that serves as something of a segway into the events of Morrowind.

    And yes that NPC is bugged somewhat.

    Try looking in other cities around Tamriel; mine in Mournhold works just fine for me, albeit still naked.

    Yes the NPC in Rosy Inn has stealth tech just visit a different city inn
    the NeXus Guild (NA-DC-Crafters) contact @randolphbenoit

    Saltrice - (Salt tolerant rice) Saltrice, pronounced just like it looks is, in fact, a kind of rice that can grow in paddies of either fresh or brackish water.

    This questgiver is present in every Inn in whole tamriel, if this one disappears for you, check other places (it might be quest phasing interfering with this one). Tho he does also appear in his undies in Reapers March and is mute for the time you talk to him.

    Yeah managed to pick it up in the AD area. Couldn't tell what it was when he was disappearing on me. Cheers for the reply though. :)
