GrafDresche✭✭✭This. Also, I recently discovered some sort of this phenomenon called "lag".
Fortunately only in situations where I had to fight with other players. Which, I guess, is never a good thing to do in the first place.
So, I guess it is a feature. Otherwise one would think that ZOS would have found some sort of fix after ... only three years...
