Cannot access PTS

I received the email invitation to the beta and checked that the code had already been applied to my account history. I downloaded the PTS, rebooted, and tried to log in. I went through all the agreements, and reached the login screen. When I entered my information, I was shown a popup asking to enter a code. I entered the code in the email and on my account. But it won't accept it.

Reading other (now locked) posts, it seems that I shouldn't be seeing the popup at all, since the code has already been applied. What am I supposed to do now?

Ok, partial user error. It isn't asking for the code for the beta, it's asking for a validation code for the machine. I entered the one sent via email, but it is also being rejected.

I assume you are referring to the Login From Unknown IP Address code. Be careful with copy/pasting the code from the email. Whenever I've copy/pasted it, there are usually extra spaces at the beginning or end that may need to be deleted.
