Need report player option in xbox text chat

Really wish this was an option like in most games. Customer service never works in game. Virtual keyboard won't work and reporting through xbox is a waste of time. What other options are available? How do we contact a gm in game? Don't usually report people for being idiots, but today got really tired of this one guy using racial slurs directed at another player. There is just no excuse for it whatsoever...

Agree, just had this same conversation on PS4 the other day. There was a gold seller spamming in zone chat, like waaay spamming much more than I've ever seen, the message was taking up the whole damn text box and no legit player messages were getting seen. Instead of simply being able to highlight the dudes name and reporting him, I had to write down the name, then open my options menu and go to help->customer service, and then type in the guys name. It's a pain. I know if ZOS enabled a report function directly from the chat log it would probably be somewhat abused, but let ZOS deal with that on their end. I don't know how your block list works on Xbox, but we are only allowed to block a certain number of people on PS4 and we should not have to waste a slot on gold sellers in order to make the spam go away.

SO fed up with it. Problem on xbox is for some reason you can't type in the name or info. The microsoft keyboard never works in game. The system is pitiful. Now I am sitting at Kerbol's Hollow in bankorai with like 50 hgngyyyyllll farmers on werewolves spamming heavy attack over and over. This is a bunch of bs. Why can't they get this stuff fixed and under control?

You can also report from Support here on our website. Make sure you log in to SUPPORT at the top of the page and use the Web Assistant. If you need to add any additional screenshots or videos after you have finished sending your report you can do this through your Account Overview user panel on the Support page. (Or Recent Contacts.)
