Is there a reason the craft crates don't have max level mats?

The template characters come with stacks of gear and boxes of goodies... but for some reason they don't include Rubdite/ruby ash/ancestor silk/rubeo leather.

I know, I know, deconstruct everything but that still didn't leave me enough to say craft two different sets and compare them.

Agreed, it is bad if you want to test a template character using crafted sets and builds a lot of normal players can obtain other than the elite sets.

First it took a hour and a half to deconstruct all the rewards of the worthy to level crafting skills which didn't include woodworking becase now that weapons are not included there are no staves, shields or bows to deconstruct.
Then it took most of a day to farm enough rubedite to construct a full armour set.
Don't understand as they level every other skill to save time, so would not my time have been better spent testing rather than farming?

They should just include all available drop sets.

Just wanted to tell you that all crafting materials are in these bags.
But there are apparently more items in these bags than can be shown by the game.

So in order to get to the last items like dreugh wax and ancestor silk you have to take a dozen items out, close the bag and open it again and they will be there.

The top level mats are in there.

Just hit "Take All" and everything is put into your bag, no need to repeatedly open it. If you have ESO+ you'll get thousands of max-level materials.
