Anvil: Trying to find Hildegard, Kor lost his voice

While talking to the Bilami the caravan lady, Kor is without voice. When I interact with him after that, he's also without voice and doesn't even move his mouth anymore.
That's on the NA server.
As soon as we progress further to the woody environment beyond, he has his voice again.
