    why should it be removed? After first few weeks it kinda died out, not everyone is dueling everywhere anymore.

    It's been asked for, for ever. Only other way for people to duel was in Cyrodiil. Even that was not perfect.

    I don't get what the point of this thread is?

    Granted, they're annoying in cities, but this isn't a reason to warrant the removal of dueling.

    @khajiitlion So what you're saying is, it's a feature that works correctly and people enjoy using? Yeah, you're right that's weird. Should be removed and replaced with some sort of archaic battlegrounds in which we can have multiple systems like queuing and ranking capable of being broken and unfun :p

    @Takes-No-Prisoner I made this because it can be distracting and annoying for some people and there are times when people invites someone duel and they don't want to do it

    there is auto-decline duel invitation feature in your options

    Who in the world are you talking for? WE never wanted it? Duelling was pushed for for the longest time, and now WE have it so get used to it.

    Some people wanted it. Some didn't. Please stop talking this way, though I recognize the second could have been a response to the first.

    You should do some follow up polls. Why stop at dueling? You know, something like

    "Should PvP be removed?"
    "Should PvE be removed?"
    "Should dungeons be removed?"
    "Should fishing be removed?"
    "Should weapons be removed?"
    "Should skills be removed?"
    "Should altmer be removed?"
    "Should monsters be removed?"
    "Should housing be removed?"
    ...and the like.

    Remove dueling altogether? No, but it should be disabled in cities and around wayshrines, and incentives offered to duel in special arenas with competitions and leaderboards etc. People wouldn't then have any problem finding others to duel with, as they'd be in set locations. However, there could also be a new dueling chat channel if that helped to bring duelists together.

    Then go somewhere else. And auto-decline for dueling exists if you don't want to be bothered.

    I didn't know cyrodiil didn't exist huh? Screw an optional duel right? That even has features for auto decline right? That you don't have to watch right?

    Some people like dueling. I don't, but I'm not going to say that it should be removed just because it doesn't interest me personally. The more options this game has, the more fun it will be for everybody.

    Pretty selfish for someone to say it should be removed just because they don't like it.

    This is true, but seriously there were hundreds of threads on dueling for 2 years. Just look up duel threads and you can clearly see that. With thousands of responses asking for such

    Just rein in the trolls is all I ask, simply don't allow it inside towns, villages and cites and within the fade distance of any crafting stations, that still leaves an immense area

    one of the best is a little ways north of the wayshrine at Bergama in alakir, I don't duel but I like to watch on occasion, it's close enough to be convenient but away from the shrine itself as well as being clear of quests and crafting. If all duelling was done this way even grouchy types like me would have no reason to complain
