Unable to set account to renew month-month sub.

It seems I'm having a problem with setting my account to renew my sub automatically every month, it might stem from my accounts beta tester status though as comparing my brothers account information screen to mine its quite different. I'd like to get this corrected as soon as possible, screenshot is of my account information page with private info blacked out, as you can see it still says I'm in the test server.

    I can see at the bottom of your screenshot that you're playing through Steam, is that correct? If so, you should also subscribe and manage your subscription through them. As far as I know, applying for ESO+ through their own channels for a Steam account doesn't work.

    Normally you'd be correct, however like I said, my brothers account information screen is different from mine and he logs in through Steam as well, same as me. The difference being is his account accepts the automatic renewal through the Elderscrolls website while mine does not, I'm having to renew manually. Screenshot is of my brothers account information page, taken with his permission, as you can see it's quite different.

    I don't know how to help you unfortunately, since my case is slightly different. :open_mouth: I also play through Steam, and when I look at my account I see exactly what your brother sees.. Only where his ESO copy reads ""THE ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE: TAMRIEL UNLIMITED, STEAM EDITION" mine mentions the early 2014 Beta.

    Which I find strange, come to think of it, since it doesn't mention my Gold edition but it does seem to recognize my subscription. Which is mentioned under the beta.. But it's mentioned differently in comparison to your brother's, as mine links back to Steam with a message to manage everything there. No further details on the sub itself. Auto renewal works for me though, just had my first one today.
