Do poisons share the same cooldown as weapon enchants?

I was wondering if I had enchants on my front dual wield bar and poisons on my backbar with bow. Would the poisons get a cooldown if my enchants are already procced? Like, are they sharing the cooldown together?
Edit: Got the answer from someone ingame, and no they do not share cooldown. Thanks for reading and have a nice day everyone
