Unable to open the door to Old Orsinium Interrior after completing opening puzzle

Hello!
I completed the puzzle and successfully got into interior portion of old orsinium last week. I'm trying to get back into the dungeon and I keep getting the error message: You can not use that door right now. I've tried contacting in game support a few times but I've never gotten a response. Is there a way around this? The last piece of Museum treasure is in there and I'm unable to get it to complete the achievement.
