Paid for Island, didn't get it.

Cross posting here on behalf of my wife. Account name @Mamabunnah, EU megaserver. She spent 15k crowns on the Island at around 11.45 a.m. Doing so caused ESO to crash for her. When she logged back in the Island did not belong to her, but she had 15k fewer crowns. She hates forums with a passion, but has reported this somewhere else apparently. I bought the Island a couple of days ago myself and love it, but could she please have hers?

We tried using the link https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask listed in the Knowledge base, but it won't let us log in there at all. The Log In button doesn't activate.

you need to descativate Avast on chrome , before ,this did me the same , after this, just type your Gamtearg @something , and your password , and DON'T click on the button ,just press the " enter " button on your keyboard .
if you don't want to desactivate avast on chrome , try with mozilla or microsoft edge .
