Infinite Loading Screen only when trying to enter "The Aquifer"

Just started questing in Grahtwood, and when i am trying to enter "The Aquifer", the game gets stuck in the Loading Screen.
Tried everything from changing Zones to restarting the Game. Nothing changed.
Is this Quest/Instance bugged?
Every other Zone/Instance works perfectly fine.
