Lightning staff AOE channel doesn't apply on killing blow
The final damage tick that kills the enemy doesn't spread AOE damage to nearby enemies. This is very annoying when you're surrounded by low health mobs and can't get the AOE to proc.
And yes I know that the final damage tick from the light staff channel doesn't apply AOE, this isn't about that.
