Missing crowns still

Hey guys, it's been almost 2 weeks and I'm still missing crowns. I've submitted over 40 tickets and am stuck in an infinite loop with no resolution. I bought 5500 crowns directly from the eso website and the plus membership & the gold dlc pack to have incase my eso plus didn't get paid for a month here or there, those also didn't come through so I repurchased eso plus. So I've paid for eso plus twice and 5500 crowns and the gold dlc and have only just recently received my 1500 crowns and eso plus. I am still missing my crowns ,dlc pack with horse and I hope y'all can fix my problem

It's no wonder. You are flooding the system with tickets. Just update your original ticket. @ZOS_GinaBruno and to tag a ZOS employee you have to have the @ then ZOS all together then it will have a pop up show of who.

Did you buy the game on Steam? Then buy crowns on the ZOS website?

If so, that's why.

Thanks, and no I bought the game through the Xbox store. And then went to their page to buy crowns. I misspoke and actually bought the screens through Microsoft

Seems like missing crowns is a very widespread issue on Xbox One.

Yeah and I still can't get them to answer me nor can I get any type of resolution. I'm about to contact Microsoft and make them refund me all of the money I've paid
