[PC][NA][BUG] Retreating Manouvers not working after using wayshrine

When i use wayshrine to travel to other place and then immediately i mount up and attempt to use Retreating Manouvers ability the animation of ability will play halfway through and skill will refuse to activate.
After that i have to fully dismount, activate Retreating Manouvers while on foot and then mount up again.
Simply demounting and mounting up will not fix it.
