What character is best for vmsa?

Mageblade

Magblade is hands down easiest. Sorc is easy too but with specific gear. Magblade can go in with nearly anything and do well.

Other: I did like 30 runs with my stamina DK that each took from 2.5 to 4 hours. Two days ago I tried it with my pet magicka sorcs and did it for 45 minutes. I regret not doing it with a sorc sooner.

I voted MagBlade, because of the ease of use. MagBlades also have really solid sustain, while also putting out high damage to go with it. Get yourself some Scathing Mage and Llambris, and watch how fast you dominate VMA.

Surge..don't worry about healing or brutality. It's ridiculous with 5VO the only time you need to try is the second round where you slot vigor instead of steel tornado and it's just island breeze after that. For newer players it's Magic Sorcerer obviously.

From everyone on PTS atm with heavy weaves and less Dots VMA weapons are looking irrelevant. I'm scratching my head as to why Zos would do that to the best weapons in the game and definitively would say something will be done or people on the PTS are missing something?? Might as well grind what you can prior to Morrowind just to get the best gear so you can try yourself.

I don't think I'll have the time to grind 5vo before the next patch. Been trying to get into vet trials and have gone through a few times. Only have one ring VO so far

Blue VO jewelry will do just fine. No need to worry about vet trials, just do a few normals.

guys, could you please advice me some good magblade PVE and/or build? DPS, destro/....

I would say stamsorc is better for new players.

You heal from doing dps, forces you learn add spawns to stay alive.

Why isn't the best spec, mag sorc, an option? Literally just ward up to ignore any damage and your pet and/or aoes will do the rest. Stam sorcs are good too, but it's infinitely easier on a mag sorc (and it's annoying as hell to farm VO especially if you're on console).

Yeah I figured so that's why I made that bit about stam sorcs and VO. Stam sorcs are a solid choice of the three but it's mostly because of VO (otherwise pick magblade). It's just that for me, on console, it took me longer to get VO than to just lvl up a new sorc and just buy necropotence gear. But all of that could be different for a number of reasons like OP has VO, or is on pc, or can just switch his stam sorc to mag, etc.

Splar or storc. Never played a magblade but I can see a health regen range dps with shield being quite useful. If I'm focused and awake splar is quite effective and nearly unkillable, if I'm not on my game storc is a good middle ground between splar and sblade. It's buffs arent as strong but you don't need to keep reapplying them so it all works out.

Really just depends how you play?
