Are there any "Havens" for werewolves and vampires?

Sort of like a town full of werewolf/vampire NPC's, also a secret base from which they operate (i.e. underground/cave/castle/keep, etc)? I'm new so I had to ask, but I'm guessing no.

    Actually there is in Bankorai to the north for werewolves . Look for a village .

    Well...
    There's a town in Bangkorai that's secretly a haven for werewolves. They have an unusual way of maintaining control and keeping from reverting to a more bestial nature.

    There's also a manor in Rivenspire that's somewhat of a haven for vampires.

    Not unless you have a bounty.

    Nobody seems to care if you're a vampire / werewolf. Not even the vampire hunting NPC in one of the Gold Coast delves.

    If you turn into a vampire? What?

    But, yeah, feeding on civilians will not go over well. Simply being a vampire? That's less of a problem.

    "care"? I have yet to even run into one who "acknowledges" it... Hell, I've even had a vampire tell me that I was the only one present who could do something because I wasn't a vampire...

    So far only the guy in Gold Coast's Hrota Cave acknowledges you as a vampire if you are one. Kinda bums me out, more people should comment on supernature, plus it makes Count Ravenwatch look like an idiot that he can't even recognise another vampire :D

    I'm kinda sad the vampire quest-line shrine isn't able to be returned to..

    Only slightly related to the original topic, but might be useful info for a player new to werewolves: If you stand next to the werewolf shrine (bangkorai, reaper's march or rift), and you transform into the werewolf form, the werewolf timer does not run (you stay transformed indefinitely unless you leave the area). This allows you to equip abilities on your werewolf bar in peace without any rush. So it counts as a werewolf "haven", kinda-sorta.

    Yeah, those, and also the Wittestad Manor house in Eastmarch.
    And in a way, the instanced areas for your vampy/woolfy initiation quest...
    Also, werewolves may technically consider themselves welcome in any hircine area, like the grove in Bangkorai for example...
    Though those are all questing locations, one way or another...

    There also is a cave in Cyrodil, full of vamps, though they are all hostile, even if you are a vamp yourself... clan rivalry? ;)

    But there are no explicit safezones for vampires or werewolves.

    Sadly, nope.
    I kinda wish they would change that, make any werewolves that transform in sight of the guards or vampires that are found out "kill on sight", to drive home the point that these are "monsters in human guise" rather then just normal people with an extra skill line, enforce some sort of "masquerade"...
    ...and then, reopen those instanced initiation quest areas as "sanctuary", maybe even expand them a bit, add some crafting stations and vendors with vampire/werewolf themed stuff, and some other things, like willing (or at least very entranced) NPC blood donors for vampires, and hunting grounds for werewolves... heck, make the werewolf timer not tick at all as long as they stay in the "hircines hunting grounds" zone, like it did in the initiation quest...

    Ha idk, when I see a werewolf in cyrodiil it might as well have a big glowing sign saying kill me because I just want to attack it...more then the damn healers behind the line :p
