Recently, I bought ESO for XB-1; I no longer have my PS4 so I had to start my account from scratch. I would like a class that is mainly melee PvE (mostly solo with some group content sprinkled in here and there). I'm not looking to do any grinding, however I am looking to do efficient leveling. I need a class that can sustain itself and can pack a punch for DPS. Anyone have any suggestions?

For melee I'd say stamina dragonknight or sorc.

Came at a bad time. I don't want to discourage you but you will have to relearn the game in June once Morrowind drops which comes with significant changes to resource management and class skills.

Despite what some whiners say, stamblades can do a large amount of damage and stay alive for decent amounts of time if you play them right.

A lot of people just want to play a certain way for classes, even if it doesn't work well for that class, and then they come and spew negativity on the forums. Personally I'm quite enjoying my stam DK tank and Stamblade dps.

Just play around with different things and see what you like, if you only listen to people on the forums then you'll be convinced that everything is terrible and that the game is unplayable.
